Neha Kumar is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who provides psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and children. She has experience working in a community mental health clinic, drug and alcohol rehabilitation center and both public and private school settings. Neha draws on a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution‑focused brief therapy and Narrative therapy. Neha is committed to helping clients of all ages with a collaborative, goal‑directed approach that enables them to redefine and take control of their lives through the active exploration and modification of negative thoughts and behaviors.
